With dimensions of 80.0 × 36.0 × 13.5mm (MAX) and a viewing area of 66.0 × 16.0mm, it utilizes the ST7066 or equivalent IC and offers interface options including 6800, SPI, or I2C (RW1063 IC). Operating at 5V (3V optional) with a 1/16 duty cycle, this character LCD display boasts the versatility of driving the LED backlight via various pin configurations or directly through A and K terminals.
